How to proceed

  • Ask your customer's consent to transferring their contact information to Signom Oy, the supplier of the eSignature service. 
  • In order to log in to the service, your customer will need personal online banking codes for their identity authentication.
  • Tukirahoitus Oy will send an invitation to sign to the contact persons stated in the agreement. The signing invitation will be sent to your customer from the address Tukirahoitus [mailto:noreply@signom.com]
  • If needed, provide your customer with the “Digital signature, instructions for signatories”. You can find the instructions among the material in Nordea Finance Business.
  • You will receive a message to your email on the progress of the signing process when the invitation to sign the agreement has been sent to the customer, the customer has signed the agreement and when Tukirahoitus Oy has approved the agreement. This enables you to stay up-to-date with the process at all times.
  • Contact the customer if they have not signed the agreement within the time limit agreed on. The service reminds the customer of the signing automatically.

Make a digital signature order in the online service

  • Make the application for finance and the lease agreement in the normal manner.
  • Ask the service to send the agreement to the customer for digital signing with the "Digital signature request" button.
