Nordea ID app makes your daily business easier

1. Download the Nordea ID app from your app store. For the activation of the app, you will need two codes from us: the Activation code and PIN code that you will need when starting using the app.  
   
2. If you have already downloaded the app for your personal use, you do not have to re-download it. In the app menu, you can add a new user account for the use of Tukirahoitus Oy’s online services.  You can activate it by clicking the Users button in the lower left corner. Press +Add New User and the application will guide you further.
3. Open the Nordea ID application on your mobile device and start by naming the user account, e.g. Tukirahoitus.
4. Select Nordea Finland from the menu
5. Select the language in which you want to use the application
6. Next, select the customership, Nordea Finance business customer
7. Enter the activation code and the temporary PIN code on your mobile device. Please note that you can use the activation codes only once. If the activation is disrupted, you need to order new codes from Tukirahoitus Oy.
8. Create a PIN for the Nordea ID app and enter it once again. In future, you will always use your own PIN, which is to be entered for the app on your mobile device. Luo Nordea ID -sovellukselle oma PIN-koodi ja vahvista se. Jatkossa käytät aina omaa PIN-koodia ja se näppäillään mobiililaitteesi sovellukseen.
9. You are all set! In future, when you log in from your workstation to Tukirahoitus Oy’s Nordea Finance Business, you will identify yourself by using the Nordea ID app you activated.
   
   

You can log in to the online services of Tukirahoitus from the tukirahoitus.fi website. Select the Login button - Nordea Finance Business in the top bar. On the login page, select the Nordea ID application and enter your username, then press OK. Open the application and enter the PIN code you created yourself on the mobile device.
